You would have also heard that it did had a very new gaming and 3D graphics technology never saw before.




On the other hand you would be like to know that a Japanese Tech company has been telling that it should be first told the company that it was going to launch. The Japanese company is now saying that the technology was already patented by them and the Nintendo didn't even tried to see the company policies about it. They say that the Nintendo had purchased the company's technology but the Japanese company completely disagrees them by saying that Nintendo never came to them. They also said that Nintendo didn't had the rights to use the patented technology. So, The Japanese company filed a lawsuit of using the patented technology without the permission of the company.
