Hello friends. We all have used blogger once or twice. Actually all the famous bloggers started from it only.
The free services being the only reason for it being used by the bloggers, it is still in use by some of the bloggers. Now, we all know about the navbar on blogger. Does it helps or not.

No, it doesn't. But, on the other hand it shouts to all viewers that the blog he or she is viewing is not good enough that the person can view. Usually, these kinds of things are the one that distracts the users by only visiting the site. The navbar may get some traffic to your site but only the better bloggers know that it is not what is told. It looks nice to see and the traffic sort of thing also charms out. But, the traffic you can lose by adding it is surely not worth the traffic that you gets by it. Now, you know that navbar is not for bloggers who want to  be on a big platform some day.
