Mistakes that Bloggers do while shifting their blog?

Hello friends. I know that sometimes we need to shift our blog from our blogging service to another. And, we don't want to mess with all the posts and links that we have done till now. So, you precisely need to be having a  lot of guts and wits for this purpose. We can simply add to our blog some new information along with the other or earlier information. Anyways, no matter how intelligent you are. There are still alot of chances for you to make those mistakes with your blog.

There are a huge list of Hi-Rank bloggers who left their earlier blog just because they were unable to do it properly. There are a lot ot parts that you will have to move separately. Now, without wasting any time we shall discuss the mistakes and their solution. So, here is the matter:

  • Moving the comments and posts: This is the easiest part of moving and you will know how. 
  • WP to blogger: Go to Dashboard>tools>export and simply. Download the content. Now,open wp2blogger.appspot.com and upload the file here. Download again the converted file and upload it on Blogger Dashboard>settings> Import. 
  • Blogger to WP: Download the file from Settings>Export blog> Upload it on wordpress. 
  • Changing the domain name: If you want to go to wordpress from blogger . Then, find a host. And then use the domain on wordpress. Remember, you will also have to change the NS of the domain. You might change it from the CPanel.
  • 301 Redirect: You can 301redirect your blog's URL while shifting on to wordpress with the plugins allowed in it.

Many times the Wordpress bloggers delete their earlier blog at blogger after moving the XML file. Simply, Make all the earlier posts to be drafted. Don't delete the earlier blog! It will erase all the posts' images or videos that you have uploaded.

How the Web URLs will look in 2012?

Hello friends. I know that we all are mad for URLs. There are a list of basic needs of a blog URL. They are like the URL should be short, catchy, easy to remember, etc. So, remember that these URLs are a talk of past nowadays.

There is a new list of URLs introduced in the hosting sites. Believe me, I saw them myself. Earlier the urls were something like this:


  • www.example.com

  • www.example.in

  • www.example.org

  • www.example.tk

  • www.example.co.cc

  • www.example.pk

  • www.example.co.uk

  • www.example.co.in


But,now these are going to transform into something new. For example. The URLs have been started to be sold like this



  • www.my.tech

  • www.asak.aman

  • www.blog.singh


Thus, you can now bring the URLs like this and name it according to your needs. It will give you the possibilities of some sites that will just be very new and catchy.
